Andrea started playing at 8. Performing gigs since he was 16. At 18 pursued his studies with teacher Gianni Tamburelli (a G.I.T. graduate 1989).

After an intense live and studio experience with a lot of bands, also realizing in 1994 an instrumental CD "NUOVAMENTE" with other young guitarists, he toured Italy in 1997 with well known artist Finizio. On April 1998 he went to M.I. (in Los Angeles – Hollywood) and completed the training of G.I.T. "Professional Guitar Program", graduating in September 1998.

Since his return to Italy, he intensified his performing activity (Radio & TV performances included) in his town and through Italy, especially with sax player Daniele Sepe (World-Music Recording Artist for C.N.I.).

On May 1st, 1999 he won the Guitar Festival "Città di Voghera" in the category "Plectrum Guitar" (soloist without age limits), performing Paganini's "Moto Perpetuo".

At present he works as a session-man (he has recently recorded for pop singer Tosca) and acts with young drummer Mariano Barba (Yamaha drums & UFIP cymbals endorser) & their Rock-Fusion Quartet "Mariano Barba E4". Together with this quartet he played also at DISMA Music Show '99 (in Rimini).
